YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE… - 8–10 years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a multinational or shared services environment, with a track record of leading AP processes or teams. - Strong knowledge of AP operations across India, the UK, and the US, including GST, TDS, UK VAT, and US sales/use tax compliance. - Proficiency in ERP platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, Power Pivot, dashboards, and financial reporting. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and people leadership skills. - A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Nice to Have - CA Inter, CMA, ACCA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent professional qualification. - Experience with AP transformation, automation, and AI-powered finance tools, including Generative AI (e.g. Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or ChatGPT) to improve productivity, reporting, and process efficiency.
