## Description

Reimagine the infrastructure of cancer care within a community that values integrity, inspires growth, and is uniquely positioned to create a more modern, connected oncology ecosystem. We’re looking for a Product Manager to help us accomplish our mission to improve and extend lives by learning from the experience of every person with cancer. Are you ready to be the next changemaker in cancer care?

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll own the data generation mechanisms that power our data and a portion of the frameworks that ensure its quality. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams and other scrum teams to drive the delivery platform that backs all of the real-world data products Flatiron is known for. In particular, you will:

Partner deeply with data curation and core product development teams to determine data and quality requirements, building tools and systems that support those needs

Manage the global roadmap for critical data generation infrastructure, balancing an ambitious future-state vision with the reality of migrating highly utilized, always-on systems without disrupting ongoing operations

Champion a seamless user experience during multi-phase technical migrations, designing incremental cutovers to new tools that deliver continuous value without breaking existing user workflows

Define and execute a holistic, AI-forward QA strategy for our deliverables, leveraging new technologies to guarantee the integrity of our datasets

Foster a culture of collaboration, facilitate trade-off discussions, drive alignment, and ensure transparency across teams working on upstream RWE initiatives

Champion innovation within the data lifecycle by proactively evaluating new approaches and tooling to improve the speed, quality, and scalability of our data generation pipelines

Measure and communicate impact: track key metrics (e.g., data delivery efficiency, platform adoption, cost savings, revenue) and communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders

Who You Are

You're a Product Manager with at least 3 years of experience in a software, SaaS, or healthcare technology environment. You have been leading complex projects in a product, research, or data-oriented discipline. You’re a builder who can trailblaze new paths, but also a collaborative problem-solver who seeks and gives candid feedback. You value the chance to make an important impact on a disease that affects more than 2 million people a year.

You’re a systems thinker who naturally takes a wide lens, proactively looking beyond your immediate scope to identify adjacent teams or initiatives that could benefit from the tools and efficiencies you’re building

You have a strong understanding of AI, and opinions about what it’s good for (and what it’s not)

You’re comfortable in ambiguity, with an ability to tackle vague technical challenges first and bring clarity back to your team and stakeholders

You have excellent internal communication skills, detail orientation, and ability to execute

You have experience with biopharma, patient-level data, real-world data, or oncology

You have a strong understanding of software projects’ development, roll-out, and support risks

You have strong technical aptitude and an ability to understand technical designs, challenges, and risks

You have strong project management skills and excellent organizational and communication skills

You have BA/BS degree in business, technology, or equivalent practical experience

You're also excited by the prospect of rolling up your sleeves and using technology to tackle meaningful problems each and every day. You’re a kind, passionate and collaborative problem-solver who seeks and gives honest feedback and values the chance to improve the lives of cancer patients.

Where you’ll work:

In this hybrid role, you’ll have a defined work location (New York) that includes work from home and 3 office days set by you and your team. For more information on our approach to hybrid work, please visit the how we work website.
