In this role, you will establish and scale a modern risk function that provides visibility into the organization's most significant risks and supports informed business decision-making across cybersecurity, operational, regulatory, third-party, and strategic domains. What You'll Do... Develop and execute Commvault's risk management strategy, framework, and operating model. Establish risk governance, methodology, and reporting structures. Lead risk assessments across cybersecurity, operational, regulatory, strategic, and third-party domains. Own the risk register and risk treatment processes. Develop executive and board-level risk reporting. Partner with Global Security leadership to incorporate cybersecurity risk into broader business decision-making. Drive accountability for risk mitigation activities. Oversee operational resilience and business continuity governance. Mature risk management processes, tooling, and reporting capabilities. Build and lead a global team of risk professionals. Who You Are... Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Cybersecurity, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. 12+ years of experience in risk management, cybersecurity risk, internal audit, governance, or related disciplines. Experience building or leading risk programs within a technology or SaaS company. Strong understanding of COSO, ISO 31000, FAIR, NIST, and related frameworks. Experience presenting to executive leadership and board-level audiences. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
